Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

The network is built for legitimate retail and data work. This policy sets the line. Violating it is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

1. What the network is for

Summit is tuned for retail: checkout, monitoring, price and availability tracking, and collecting data you are authorized to collect. Use it for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of the sites you reach.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use the network for any unlawful purpose, or to further fraud, theft, or deception.

You may not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access — including credential stuffing, account takeover, or brute-forcing third-party services.

You may not send spam, run denial-of-service attacks, distribute malware, or scan or attack infrastructure without authorization.

You may not use the network to harass, threaten, or harm others, or to access, produce, or distribute illegal content. Any exploitation of minors is reported and results in a permanent ban.

You may not resell, share, or sublet your access, or attempt to circumvent membership, data, or rate limits.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything done through your account and for complying with the laws and third-party terms that apply to your activity. If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, assume it is not and ask us first.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for a violation, and slots retired for abuse are not refunded.
