Usage and technical data: your IP address at signup and login, and the bandwidth your proxy account consumes, which we use to show your balance and secure the account.

Purchase data: the orders you place and the amounts settled. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

Optional links: if you connect a Discord account, we store the association so referral and community features work.

To operate your membership: authenticate you, provision proxy access, track your data balance, process purchases, and run the referral program.

To secure the service: detect abuse, enforce the membership cap, and investigate violations.

To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and service changes.

Our payment provider, to process charges.

Our upstream residential network provider, to provision and meter your proxy access.

Service providers that host and operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations.

Authorities where we are legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and anti-abuse purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, and access to member data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

You can view and update your profile from the settings page, and change or reset your password at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us to make a request.
